An invitation to drop the masks

This is an invitation to drop the masks and facades, to see and be seen in your true essence. Here, we explore what opens our hearts and what closes them, peeling away the layers to find out who we truly are.

With this openness comes a beautiful freedom, a sense of relaxation and ease that allows us to live with our hearts full and open.

Through interactive exercises and guided practices, you’ll experience how vulnerability and presence can unlock richer, more meaningful relationships, whether you’re single or partnered.

This is open to all genders and orientations. Come as you are, and together, let’s discover the beauty of real intimacy.

The event happens on Wednesdays once a month and the content each month is completely different.

On Wednesday, 13th May, we’re going on a deep, powerful breathwork journey to explore the blocks that keep us from love.

And begin creating new patterns where it feels safe to open our hearts again.

If you long for connection but find yourself pulling away when things get close…

If you want love but your body shuts down…

If you’re tired of feeling stuck behind old protective walls…

This evening is for you.

Through conscious breath and embodied presence, you’ll explore:

  • What gets in the way of intimacy for you
  • How to stay present with others without abandoning yourself
  • How to open without feeling overwhelmed or exposed
  • What it feels like when connection feels safe

This is a full-body journey into intimacy with self and others. You’ll be in control of how deep you want to go.

This is a safe, fully clothed space where you always have a choice and everything is an invitation.

Tarisha Tourok

I’m a trauma-informed relationship and sacred sexuality therapist.

With a couple of postgraduate degrees in counselling and psychotherapy, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of incredible humans on their journey towards rediscovering their confidence, creating deep intimacy, and feeling whole. I’m trained in women-centred coaching, which means I truly understand the unique challenges and complexities that women face when it comes to their bodies and sexuality.

Master’s in Counselling. Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and Hakomi somatic psychotherapy. Biodynamic breathwork facilitator.

I’ve designed a holistic approach known as the Sexually Empowered Radiant Woman method. This method doesn’t just enhance your sex life; it also boosts your confidence, helps you feel radiant no matter your age, shape or size, and lets you shine in your everyday life.

My passion is to empower humans to live their absolute best, joyful and self-expressed lives. I firmly believe in cherishing and celebrating our bodies, and I practice it through activities like hot yoga, mountain biking, swimming, and salsa dancing.
