Tarisha and Mark

The deepest love is still ahead of you. We can show you how

Couples therapy, intensives, and adventure retreats based in Auckland, New Zealand.

What we teach

Long-term love isn’t a slow fade. It’s the deepest love available to you

Most couples therapy works on what’s broken. We work on what’s possible.

We’ve come to believe, after years of clinical practice and hundreds of couples, that the love you can build at year 20 is richer than anything available at year 2. The intimacy you couldn’t access in your twenties (when you barely knew yourselves) is yours now. Not despite the years. Because of them.

But it doesn’t happen by accident. The default trajectory of long-term love is drift, not depth. The work is to keep choosing each other, in body, in bed, on the trail, on the hard nights. To stay open when closing is easier. To be more interested in growth than in being right. To treat the relationship as a vehicle for becoming, not a thing you maintain.

What you’ll learn

1

EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)

The gold standard of couples therapy, based on attachment science. We teach you to find the emotional cycle you keep getting stuck in, and how to step out of it together.

2

Sex Therapy

Tarisha is a trained sex therapist. We teach you that sex isn’t a bonus, it’s a barometer. The work happens in the bedroom too.

3

Polarity

The masculine and feminine charge between you isn’t outdated, it’s the engine of desire. When polarity dies, sex dies. When it returns, everything returns.

4

Erotic Embodiment & Tantra

Bodies matter. Pleasure is medicine. The body knows things conversation can’t reach. We work somatically, not just verbally.

5

Adventure

Long-term love stays alive when you keep choosing each other into the unknown. We use NZ landscape, hiking, and shared challenge as part of the work, not the reward.

Tarisha Tourok

Relationship and sex therapist. Hosts the work

Tarisha is a trained relationship and sex therapist with over a decade of clinical practice. Her training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT), Hakomi somatic psychotherapy, Gottman couples therapy, somatic trauma work, sex therapy, tantra, and biodynamic breathwork facilitation. She has a Master’s in Counselling and a postgraduate degree in psychotherapy, and is registered with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. In a past life she was a chartered accountant, before she found her real work.

She hosts the Sexual Empowerment for Women podcast, and her work has been featured across YouTube, Instagram, and the wider relationship education space. She works with couples in her Auckland practice and online globally.

She started this work because women in long-term relationships were coming to her with the same questions: Is this all there is? Is it too late? Can it really come back?

Her answer, after a decade of evidence: yes, it can. And it’s better than what you had.

Mark

Co-leads the work. Holds the men in the room

Mark co-leads retreats and brings the embodied, masculine grounding to the work. Twenty years as an IT project manager gives him the operational mind that keeps the behind-the-scenes machine well oiled. He’s also the founder of Wild Sky Coffee, designing coffee gear for the outdoors. His own deep work runs through men’s work, polarity, breathwork, and tantric training. On retreat, he holds the men in the room. The harder parts. The places that need a man to look another man in the eye and say I see you. Keep going.

They live and work together in Auckland, NZ. Together they love mountain biking, swimming through the winter, and dancing salsa and bachata.

Mark works alongside Tarisha as co-facilitator, not as therapist. Tarisha holds the clinical training and licensure.
