Most couples therapy works on the conversation. We work on the conversation, the body, the desire, and the pattern. The work happens in the room. It also happens between sessions, in your bed, on your weekends, in the choices you keep making.
Sessions are 75 minutes. We meet weekly or fortnightly depending on what your work needs.
This is for couples who:
- Are stuck in a recurring fight or pattern
- Feel the spark has gone but love is still there
- Have desire discrepancy or sexual disconnection
- Are healing from an affair (after stabilisation)
- Want depth, not just communication tools
