Two full days of private work with Tarisha. No group container. No other couples. Just you, your relationship, and her complete attention. Most couples leave having done the equivalent of three months of weekly therapy in one block.
The work uses the same braid as the retreat: clinical therapy, somatic practice, polarity work, and (where appropriate) shared adventure. Adapted entirely to your relationship.
Built around what your relationship actually needs
Day one — Mapping
Your story, your pattern, what’s calcified, what’s still alive. EFT-led mapping of the cycle you keep landing in. By dinner, we know what we’re working with.
Day two — The body
Polarity, somatic practice, the parts of the relationship that the conversation can’t reach. Sex therapy work where it’s relevant. Held, slow, never performative.
Day three — Integration
What you take home. New agreements. Practical structures so the work outlasts the intensive. Closing ritual.

Tarisha holds the work, just the two of you
Tarisha is a relationship and sex therapist with over a decade of clinical practice. She holds a Master’s in Counselling and is a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC). Her training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (Levels 1 and 2), Hakomi somatic psychotherapy, Gottman method, biodynamic breathwork facilitation, somatic trauma work, and sex therapy.
Intensives are her one-on-one clinical container. Just her, you, and your relationship.
